Looking for carbon fiber trunk...?
Does any carbon fiber company make a trunk for 00' civic sedan? My local jdm shop said VIS does, so i went onto their webpage and only found it for 96-98. Are the 96 and 00 trunks inter-changeable? thanks -josh

'96-'00 are all the same when it comes to trunks. Just different colored tail lights.

Right, sedans use different taillights in the 96-98 and 99-00. I am 99% sure it bolts up, it just has the wrong shaped taillights. I could be wrong about that though.

you're right, they are interchangeable between 96-98 and 99-00 but the inner taillights are different

I know the trunk will fit as honda always just changes the tailights in the later years of the same car but the trunk will be swappable.

yea i could of called, just thought i ask the fellow members of H-T if they knew or who has one. I will check carbon creations or order one from VIS, thanks for everyone insight - josh

only bad thing is you'll have to downgrade to 96-98 tail lights.
