i have a helms for a 94 civic but i cant find the page that shows which wire from the sparkplug goes when on the distributor. i guess a page or a whats up as to a section to look at would be helpful. oh this is for a either a d16 or d15

can u clarify that question? the wires from the head go to the distributor if thats what u r asking??

 

like the ignition wires cant just be placed in any order but i cant find what the order should be with in the book. sorry i just got home from work its like 1am

spark plug wells go from 1 to 4 from right to left when looking at motor from front of car. when looking at distributer cap from the outside, the rotor turns clockwise. firing order is 1-3-4-2 so start from the top left spot on distributer cap and go clockwise. match number of spark plug well to distributer. so top left goes to 1, top right goes to 3, bottom right to 4, bottom left to 2. this is how i remember it is done.

I switched my wires before taking notice what order they went into the distributor. I ran a search on "engine bay pics" and figured it out visually.
