Suspension:
- Tokico Illumina 5-Way Adjustable Shocks
- Eibach Sportline Lowering Springs (claim 1.8/1.6)
- Skunk2 Rear LCA's (bling I know but I <3 bling)
- 1999-2000 OEM Si sway bar (irrelevant but thought I'd throw it up)

I love the way my car handles. SO MUCH better over stock. HUGE difference. But my question has to do with shock travel + bump stops.

I cut the front OEM ones in half and used those and just used the ones that came on the rears for the Illuminas. I was working on my car the other day to fix a knocking sound and I noticed the front shocks have like 1" (if that) of shock travel room. The rears are probably just the same, if not worse, since I'm slightly tucking the rears on steelies.

Is it bad for the shocks to have such little room for shock travel? The spring rates on the Sportline are the highest for the amount I want to drop. The Pro-Kits (Eibach) aren't nearly as stiff but also claim a smaller drop. If it's bad for the shocks, I'd be willing to downgrade to raise my car and get a softer spring but would hate to lose handling.
