newer cluster in 95 coupe?

ok what would i have 2 go about for putting in a newer model cluster into my 95 coupe?
and ill the screwsgo right in? or what???
like watll be my concerns or whatever?

search and check the how to thread... i have seen a few s2000 cluster installs floating around..

like maybe a ek or em,
s2000 sound and looks very expensive and complicated
