Default wierd power loss...vtec works, fp is good....thoughts?

just swapped a b16 obd0 into an 88 hatch. Got the dual point to multi points wiring done, its all correct (checked and double checked). Fuel pressure is there, everything SHOULD be working (I drove the old car that the motor was in and its was fine). However, driving the swap around, there's no power. I'll florr it, VTEC WILL engage, I can hear it loudly, but the car doesn't respond like it should. Its like the motor only has 50 hp.

Oxygen sensor one is hooked up, number two is not, as I only have one bung in the new header. That being said, I know its a problem, but it should just run really rich, not barely run at all. I fully intend to get the other sensor in there, but I really dont' think that's the problem...thoughts?

hm.may have 2 plugs mixed up, or when you re-wired, you could have mistakenly mixed something up
