i drove out of town with my springs in the trunk because my g-pa will be helpful when installing these springs, anyways we probably wont get done till around 9:00 pm and then i have to drive back home for work. anyways its about a two hour drive home and my question is will i be ok holding off on the alinement until tomorrow morning or will i HAVE to get it done right away after the installation?

You're fine. The springs still have to settle causing the car to become even lower (by an infinitesimal amount). You'll be fine so long as everything is put together properly.
