Not sure what your definition of skin is but in their video they said it isn't an over lay that they replaced the whole panel.

FYI..its the replacement panel...i never referred to it as a over lay.

I heard 75K.
Seems believable. Price of the car and getting it stateside probably put them back $40-$50K alone.
Mugen seats aren't cheap, and neither are the champ white Volks.
