90 honda accord ex: accelerating is seems to stumble

90 honda accord ex: accelerating it seems to stumble
A few days back I had my smog check done and it passed with a clean certificate. That following day I was on the freeway and I noticed that it seem to be hesitating around 40-60 mph and seems to be doing fine at +70mph. I was running the AC when i noticed it but when i turned it off it kept doing the same thing. Please help!!! What is the easiest way to check what is going on...! Thank you in advance....
