Default New project: Turbo EP3 is underway. Need info!

I've decided trading my 2005 Civic Si isn't feasible right now, but I'm still highly disappointed with the weak power output. Solution? You guessed it....TURBO!!!
I've built turbo cars before, so I'm not new to this. I'm shooting for ~275whp on 10psi w/ 100% stock motor.

Here's my planned build:
-Treadstone cast log manifold
-Garrett T3/T04e turbo
-Tial 38mm wastegate
-2.5" downpipe
-Greddy FMIC kit
-Greddy Type RS bov

-Hondata Kpro
-Hondata 4-bar MAP sensor
-Hondata boost protection sensor thingy
-RC 650cc injectors

-AEM UEGO wideband sensor/gauge setup
-Defi boost/oil pressure gauges
-NGK Iridium-7 plugs

Am I missing anything? I haven't seen a kit for oil lines yet (WTF happened to Flamenco-T??) or water lines (not sure if that Garrett snail needs it or not).

I plan on swapping to the Acura Type-S oil pan because it's aluminum and allows for better heat dissipation.

Let me know what you guys think! / ??? I'm really unsure if this turbo is what I want or not, I'd really prefer to have the Disco-Potato GT2860RS but the only manifold option is the HKS cast manifold.

I'm still in the blue-print phase right now, I'll be collecting parts over winter time like a squirrel and his nuts, and this should be unleashed in the Spring 2009. Can't wait

Didn't say I did! I just went to his website and it was down. So is he still in business?

This project is looking easier and easier the more I research it.

^^ Thanks. Does anyone have more insight about what turbo is a good match for K20a3? I'm more concerned about streetability and a fast spool time than having a dyno queen.

There's a kid running around here with a revhard kit. It's not too bad, put down about what you're looking for on 9-10psi. Sounds to me like you're basically building your own kit that's similar to that kit, if that helps you at all.

50trim .63 would probably full boost low 4000 rpms or so and give you a really nice powerband.

That turbo will not need watercooling.

Greddy also makes an exhaust manifold for internally wastegated turbos, It may be easier to find one of these (and most likely cheaper than HKS).

Pretty much, I'm just **** and demand quality parts for critical components like the wastegate and fuel injectors, so I just said "eff it, I'll piece it together myself".

Thanks, I'll look into this. I'd prefer to have an external wastegate for adjustability reasons and more power (plus it makes the car sound mean) haha. The exhaust housing on the GT28 looks weird, I'm not sure if it's possible to convert it to an external wastegate.
