Im throwing a code 21 vtec spool solenoid valve. Would that cause bogging? my engine idles under 1k and thats the only code im throwing i have a p28 ecu and my engine is an ls/vtec. Any help would be wonderful thx.

 

Throwing any code is never good, especially code 21.
Check your wiring for loose connections.
