Injector not spraying and code 9???
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Engine has been rebuilt and new wiring harness from monotech. The car will start but it's only running on 3 cylinders. #2 injector is not getting fuel. All other spark plugs had carbon build up after starting it up a few times. But #2 injector was clean. It's getting spark but no fuel. I switched the injector with another one off the rail to see if it was the injector not opening but same thing.
It's getting spark but no fuel. I'm thinking my wiring between the ECU and the injector harness it not correct. I'm also getting code #9 for the cylinder position sensor. Timing is dead on so I don't know what would cause it to come on. Unless the sensor is bad.
Engine is a ZC running a PM6 ecu and TD03U distributor. Anyone have any idea or had similar problems before. I'm at work right now and I'm going to be going to check the continuity of the wire I have ran to Injector 2 to see if it's correct. What else could it be other than wiring causing the injector to not spray.
Could it be the resistor box causing the problem?
could be the ground!! make sure you dont have any breaks in the harness!!
code 9 is a problem im having now!! timing is a factor when code 9 poppes up
but i think its the distributor in bothof ower cases!! !! check the wires in the distributor plug
