My pos is a 00 hatch with a Y8
Its showing a code for- vss, I replaced the sensor checked the wiring, replaced the ECU no luck
O2 sensor heater bank 1 and 2 (p0135, and p0141), I replaced the sensors checked the wiring, replaced the ECU no luck
ELD reading high voltage, replaced the ELD, checked the wiring, replaced the ECU no luck

I also checked all the fuses.

Im at a loss

 

There was a Honda TB for that. I can't recall the number though. But it had to do with some engine harness wire rubbing against the bracket that holds the Intake mani to the block. Check in the back for some wires maybe shorting out.

Its actually not a recall. Its a Technical Service Bulletin. Basically so the techs at the dealer know hot to fix that problem. Honda TSB 99-029 is what you are looking for. Google it and you should be able to find a PDF file that you can see. Sorry couldn't get links for you since im on my Sidekick. Look it up and tell us how it goes.
