so my teggy has been sitting a while, and the rust is getting worse. i wanna start fixing up the car. the panels around the rear wells are really rotted. whats the best way to fix this. should i buy new panels.

 

depending on what you're trying to do and your level of body work there's different way to get it done. you could get all balla with it and just get all new panels and have those welded in. or you can just cut out what needs to be cut out and replace from there.
