Just purchased an '86 accord hatchback with a sunroof. The switch is on the ceiling just ahead of the sunroof. It operates the sunroof just fine. I noticed a wire wedged into one of the 20amp fuses, followed it, and find out its hooked up to that sunroof switch on the ceiling. I know there's a connector under the dash specifically for the sunroof, found it, and it's not connected to anything. So did this guy rewire the sunroof and move the switch up to the ceiling? I can't figure out why he jerry-rigged it like this. The wire color codes at the switch don't match Honda's wiring diagram color codes. Is it possible he installed an aftermarket sunroof? Can anyone else out there with a sunroof tell me how theirs is wired?
