Default How To Disconnect Wire From PCM Terminal

Hi Gang,
Vehicle in question is a 2001 Odyssey. I am diagnosing an electrical problem and need to inspect the actual wire terminals going into the PCM. I cannot seem to disconnect the individual wires from the harness plug. I have done this before on various makes (31 year certified Master Tech) and it normally involves releasing a wire lock by pushing on a tab that keeps the wire in the connector. I am trying this in the "T" hole below the actual terminal to no avail. Anyone know the trick? TIA.
