Default Timing light ?

when I point my timing light on the crank pulley, there is 3 lines. The line all the way to the left is where the mark on the timing belt cover is pointing at...is that correct?

You should line up the middle mark of the three. The middle mark is your spec. and the outer two are a reference to the alotted 2 degrees you can be off. So the outer marks are + or - 2 degrees from your spec.

The white mark is the TDC mark and if you have an advance-able timing light you can dial up the spec degree on the light and it should show you the white TDC mark. This is a way to double check your setting.
