Loss Of Clutch Pressure After Motor Swap
So I did a motor swap in my car and my clutch worked fine before the swap but now after the swap my pedal has no pressure at all. It will be all the way out and then you tap the pedal and it goes all the way to the floor without any effort and stays in. Same thing on the way out. Please Help
Did you swap transmissions during your swap? Like from your old motor to your new one.
If so my bet would be slave master cylinder. It really easy for it to over extend or even get the fork off track. When I did my swap mine wasn't seated all the way and I got air in my system. You could also try bleeding the system if all else fails just to check for air.
goodluck

Thank you guys. I had been figuring it was my slave cylinder because there were a bunch of people that were around my car during the swap and im sure someone got in and pushed my pedal. Yet again thank you guys. Now i just gotta get another lol.

i cant bleed them because i have no clutch pedal pressure. And when i try to bleed them only drops off a couple drops.
it takes two people to properly bleed a clutch line. one to operate the the valve and to add more fluid.
1. Fill It
2. Close the valve
3. Have some pump the pedal to the floor and all the way out.
3 1/2. Hold the pedal to the floor
4. Open the valve to release the air
5. Add more fluid if needed.
Repeat the process 4 times till you start to feel pressure. you should repeat the process 10 plus times to get proper feel.
