Default Integra no start Part 2: Not starter or Main Relay

A couple of weeks back my 1990 AT LS needed a new starter and a main relay rebuild nearly simultaneously. I'm in debt to the great suggestions and how to's from the forum.

New day. New problem.

I pulled into my spot in the parking garage at work, and I accidently turned off the car while it was still in drive, though I was a full stop in my parking space. Then, when I go to leave work yesterday and the car won't crank or spark, the starter isn't even engaging. The 3 clicks are there from the relay, but the ECU doesn't power up. I haven't checked for current in or out of the starter. The fuses seem fine.

Any ideas?
