I need to repair rust on my get me from A->B civic. All I care about is to prevent rust from spreading.

Do I remove all the rust, which would result in holes, assuming based on how deep rust is, and used filler?

Also do I worry about rust on the last two pictures? I am tempted to grind it little and just use underbody can spray.

 

Guys, is this reparable?

I can remove the surface rust but rust will stay where two metal sheets come together and it will rust furtherer. Right?

I am not sure what do I do now. Do I take it to a professional body shop? How much do you think it will cost? Or do I just remove the visible rust and fill it with a filler?

sand the rust down with like 120 grit, then prime it with rustoleum. and if u want to fix the holes i would fab it with some sheet metal. looks like a easy fix, but hard to tell from the pics.
