Default Copper flange gasket?

I would like to know if it is better to use a copper gasket for my turbo to manifold flange and downpipe flange? Will it seal better and outperform the regular steel gaskets?

Thx.

you will be fine either way, do you have cast manifold or tubular? if tube make sure the flange is flat!

Hey I went and looked at that Ultra Copper stuff but its only rated at 500 Deg F. - so how come you use it when the temps get higher than that? Just wondering...
