I would never re-use headbolts they do stretch, just get a set of arp studs its worth the 80-100 dollars...the flywheel bolts will be ok to reuse though

All bolts stretch.

You can reuse them if the engine has never overheated. I would torque them an extra 5 lb-ft to be safe. However, ARP head studs are good insurance. It's up to you.

For what its worth i asked my local honda dealership sometime ago if they use new headbolts when they replace a blown headgasket, they don't. I was surprised. Especially since every manual i ever read said always replace with new bolts.

I don't know if I'd trust OEM bolts after a blown head gasket. If the aluminum expanded enough to stress the bolts beyond their yield strength, they're worthless. However, I've never done the math, so I don't know how hot the engine can get before the bolts are plastically deformed.

I don't think the Helm's manual says to replace head bolts. Maybe I missed that blurb.

yeah thats what some local honda shops told me too, they dont replace them, the engine has never been overheated, so they should be good to use with an extra 5lbs of torque? should i use loctite?

No, it's not needed.
