from what my friends have experienced ... Jackson Chargers are crap...u better off gettin a bolt on turbo kit or spend the money and get ITB's that would be sick...

But thats really an opinion...it really comes down to how much you want to spend...

Jackson Super Charger
Turbo
ITB's

the AVERAGE guy wouldn't go that route considering everything involved to get that to work on this generation civic.

Do ITBs even make close to the same power as forced induction anyway?

ITB's aren't the only components of an NA setup. I don't know the specifics, but there are items dealing with fuel mgnt., internals, TUNING (which we have yet to have) etc, etc that work with the ITB's. One would need all of these components to work synergistically to create power. Hp/$ is way more with NA vs. Boost, but throttle response with NA is instantaneous.

very true...but i didnt mean slap on ITB's and end of story...obviously its more to it than that...and plus it would have to be custom...because i doubt any company has a set...

if u want to, i will go steal a throttle bodies from some GSXR's around my neighborho0d...and we can customize a set....just have AEM set us up with a nice fuel rail and we are in business...

Yon won't be in business unless you want to shell out the cash to convert to cable throttle.

refer to my first post in this thread.

JR's says that it gives 37% more HP and 36% more torque. It lookes like the Comptech one is alittle bit better....

ITB's only net around 15hp and give amazing throttle response, all they are for is to compliment a stout built motor.
