I'm reinstalling my shift linkage - I just installed the Energy Suspension bushing kit.
Anyways, in the ES instructions it says to re use a plate that holds the rectangular bushing in place. Thing is: I dont remember ever taking that off. I have a feeling the instructions were referring to older EF's or something.
Anyways, do 94-01 Integra's have this plate? It's #19 in the pic below:

Search "Bitch Pin"
It's a spring pin that has to be pushed out. There are no threads on it. You will need a punch/bolt/drillbit - anything that is slightly larger in diameter than the pin. Then you just beat the crap out of it until it pops out. It's a pain.

Yup, it's what keeps the stabilizer bar bolting to the chassis without screwing up the bushing.

I went down to the local junk yard today. Couldnt find any DC2 Chassis, but I did find a EG and a 87 Integra. So I took the little piece off both cars - both look about the same and I'm sure they'll work fine.

I know for sure the EG one is the same.

You need an 8.5mm punch, or something that very nearly matches the OUTSIDE diameter of that pin. Anything larger, and it won't go thru the hole to get it out. Anything smaller, and you'll end up driving it inside that pin, which will expand the pin and make it impossible to remove.
I use a special air hammer anvil from Matco tools specifically made for the Honda spring pin. Removes and installs the pin in about 3 seconds flat.

that's what i have in my tool box at work
but if i'm helping a friend and i can head over to work and grab it i usually use a 8mm bolt and a hammer.

When in a pinch, a bolt that holds AC compressor to the bracket, will do the job.
From pretty much any honda.
