Hello I honestly can't tell which is which. I have a Honda 2007 Civic LX Sedan. I want to get an aftermarket stereo and I can't seem to pick out the same exact color. A little help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Some links to stereos you're thinking about (for comparison purposes) would be nice. I'd call the color charcoal gray, if that is your question. LOL.

 

haha yeah I couldn't tell which color my dash was. I was thinking gray but its either Taupe or Dark Gray. So I thought someone might of had the same problem and can tell me which is which :D.

 

Taupe is a beige-like color, so definitely go with dark gray.

 

if you are looking for the dash kit that will match, just tell them u need the Si w/ navi dash piece. Same color.

 

i've read about the aftermarket stereo install kits fitting like crap sometimes. i'd recommend getting one from honda.

I've heard the scosche one is pretty good.

 

I've heard it was pretty good too... let's see how well it fits and how well the color matches.

 

how much are you gonna pay for the scosche one?

 

Well I ordered it from ebay around 30-40 dollars shipped. I'll let you know if it matches the color of the original dash.

dude you could of gotten the factory one with brackets for like 35-40 bucks shipped. Perfect fit/match and metal brackets instead of plastic.

 

i liked that one the best out of all the kits, my car is the Habanero red color, and i cant find a kit to match the color, honda says its black, but they dont make black kits, the Dark grey one was still off, but i guess it will have to do,
