Default Help needed, Clutch or Tranny problem!!

Lately my car has been feeling really weird. The shifting has turned kinda rough and it has a problem down shifting into 2nd gear. All the gears work fine going up from a stop but when i down shift from a 10mph and over it wont go into 2nd gear and the times that i get lucky and it does it feels really rough. another weird thing that i noticed is that when im parked at my house on the driveway, its at a hill so normally i would just push the clutch in and let role back..well now instead of going back it just sitts there as if the e-brake was on while being in reverse. So i have to give it some gas to be able to back up on a hill! when it should just roll back and when i do that the car makes this jerking motion while going in reverse. It feels weird i've never experienced this. Any feedback would be appreciated thanks!

The car is a '94 with 2001 Type R swap.

there were a few links here try searching. seems like the starting place is to change tranny fluid. After that i've read that replacing motor mounts will help. along with putting the car almost in the gear that's grinding and then reving the motor. I don't know about any of that but it's a place to start
