Unless you got a warranty with the car you pretty much out of luck. Did you buy it As Is? Im pretty sure lemon law only applies to new vehicles.

well since u prolly bought it as is .. it would be in your best interest to take it to a mechanic and not the dealership as its there job to make money not spend it on a done deal.

and its prolly your axle if its on the passenger side as thers not much over there could be your clutch or tranny aswell but u didint elaborate on the sound. how many miles are on it? if its high have the clutch and tranny inspected.

if the noise comes from the driver side it could be your belts, axle, lose timing belt or your timing could be off and u get a rattleing pingy noise.

but most likely i would go with the axles as being your problem its easy for u to check look at the boots and around your brakes u will have lots of messy oil and grime in the area and the boots will be torn and cracking and just look old. and slo when u turn they tend to click and squeel when they are bad

You need to start documenting stuff. You need to have stuff in writing, what was done what wasn't. Also, look the stealership up. Google them & check BBB. Do they have alot of complaints and horror stories. This is age of technology. In the future, do your homework before you spend the cash. Whether its buying a car or buying your parts online. I hate seeing ppl getting ripped off. Did you carfax the car?? There are so many different things that this could be who knows

haha this is actually kind of funny, my friend bought a 99 ex from a dealer *two years ago*, paid 8k for it... i have had 3 egs now ranging from 3-5k *within the past 6 years*

his car is junk started to throw a cat code now it is misfiring in cyl. 2 and 4. my cars are all still alive and kicking my lil bro drives one of them now and my friend drives the other. i personally would never buy a honda from a dealer unless it was honda-certified or what ever
