Default Need pics/directions on installing OEM foglights

I picked up a OEM Honda harness today to install some OEM fog lights, just dont have any directions.

My main concern is the power source, I think I see where it plugs into "next to the fuse box" but I dont see any fuses running off that main line "the lines look blue" And I currently just have a 30 amp fuse in it which it appears I need to remove to install the harness. Thanks

Here are some pics Im confused about

The above pic is the power harness for the fogs

Do I plug into into the circled?

Another pic, has a 30 amp fusing sitting in it now

The above pic is with the steering column off, I took the one yellow/red into this harness that is for the lights, this correct?

Thanks,

Got it working finally! That line was just to hold a fuse, was making it harder then it was
