hey so my 91 si hatch is making a like electrical sound under the dash on the drivers side, it sounds like a relay or something. when i turn the key to start the car is makes the sounds then i lose all power so i turn the key off and when i turn it on again i have power back. whats up

 

Main relay, located behind hood lever, drivers side under steering column next to fuse box.
