where is the CAS located on my 91 civic?

where is the CAS located on my 91 civic?
Is it true i have to replace the whole dizzy to fix this problem? Code 4 im getting, and i was told it will fix the problem.

you can get new senors for your dizzy but its much easyer to replace the dizzy. unless you like tedious soldering and tinkering which my roomates and i all do but you can get a used dizzy cheap.
