Default 1997 accord will not start after new motor put in.

I swaped the motor on my 97 accord se. Now the car turns over, has fuel pressure at the rail, has spark, but the plugs/cyliders are dry. So im thinking that the injectors are not fireing. Any idea why? Thanks in advance.

Chris

Cant find one by IAT sensor. I connected the 2 grounds, one by the battery and one by the driver side mount. I pulled one of the injector plugs out and it even has 12v.

Did you hook up the engine wire harness grounds? There are two locations on the top of the motor. One is a main ground (G101) it is located at the end of the intake manifold. It should be attached via one of the bolts that attach the vacuum T to the manifold. The other is on top of the valve cover. These two grounds are in the wire loom that contains the injector wires.
