Default shorter 4th gear make a big difference?

I'am building the d16z6 that is in my ej1 over the next couple months. I want to get everything dialed in together to work the best they can.

My goals...

~325whp @20psi which should yield ~120mph trap speed.

basically with the tires I plan on running I will be hitting the end of 4th at ~140mph with using the current gearing

or ~125mph if I use a 4th gear from the zc transmission.

will this yield a pretty big difference?

If nothing else, it definitely helps to stay in boost rather than falling out of boost in shifts.
