i got in my car this morning pushed down the clutch and turned the key and absolutley nothing happens
all the accesories work i.e. lights, radio everything
it just will not turnover
as if the clutch peddle is not being pressed down.
if anyone can help me out with this problem, that would be most appreciated

there is a rubber bullet looking thing that attaches to at the top of the pedal. it depresses the clutch switch when you push in the pedal. I've had that break on my 5th gen lude and a civic a time or two. check for rubber pieces on your floorboard..
check the voltages going to the starter. If you can figure out where you have power and where you dont we can figure out what component is bad. Because the fact that it pop starts tells me its not ignition or fuel related. You know its something to do primarily with the starting system. What year model is the car ?
Im looking for my 98. You should have 12v always at the starter solenoid that is directly hooked to the battery. Then turn the ignition switch, make sure you have power at the starter solenoid from the ignition switch. It is the little plug going to it on the top of the solenoid.
You replaced the starter and solenoid correct ?

i checked the rubber bullet the extends when the clutch is pressed in.
reached my hand up a little further and felt a second bullet, a few plastic pieces fell.
i pressed the bullet in, turned my key and the car started right up
