hey guys, first of all uh i just want some suggestions to mod my prelude iono if i should put more mods on it it has 158k, still running strong. currently running on greedy catback, mugen headers, CAI short ram intake, and new spark plugs, tien coilovers. Any suggestions on what i should do next to increase speed? fuel injectors?! any suggestions would be nice. thank you.

No suggestions, you need to read the FAQs before you buy anything.

What does 'increase speed' mean?

 

boost it.

 

sence you have a mugen header put a supercharger

bap is in the house! anyways, i dunno about boosting with that many miles racked up. build it then boost it! the spooling sound is sweetest sound in the world..plus the bov.

sweeter than vtec?

 

at 158K i wouldnt boost it. would be such a shame if u boost it n the motor goes, and u cant get another one cuz u've spent so much money on the turbo kit and tuning the damn thing. i say get skunk2 cams or crower, get a nice clutch and a lighter flywheel. And how about a chipped ECU... and after u can take it to a shop and tune it, ull love the results.

 

yea i agree. i love my Vtec. pops so damn loud.

 

way sweeter than vtec and i had the aem v2 before and it was sooooo loud and nice sounding. well actually i still have it somewhere and its just collecting dust somewhere in the garage. the spooling is crazy sounding, like hella air is just rushing in, like a damn hurricane. vtec is barely noticeable with boost but if you pay attention than you can feel/hear it still.

 

so you are saying that the sound of boost is sweeter that the sound of vtec?

Am I missing something?

 

How about the sound of VTEC, then the sound of the turbo, then the sound of the BOV.

I watched a video of a twin turbo NSX and it was orgasmic. I'll see if I can find it.
