Default My civic stuter when I'm driving it

Need help figuring out what's going on with this car. When I started in the morning, it drives fine, but when the weather gets warm/hot, it started to stutter.
So far I replaced: cap/rotor, plug, plug wires, fuel filter, checked the fuel pump.
It seems to primed okay. My buddy suggested muffler might clog. So I took out the pipe before the cat and test it. Then took out the muffler and test it. Both seems to be okay. I don't know if that fix it or it's not hot. ( I test it inside the garage)
I took out the main relay and re-solder every point and put it back.
At this point I'm trying to get a quote for new muffler. My muffler is rusted out at the tip. When I started in the morning it blows out a lot of white smoke.
So any idea from you guys will be appreciated. THANK YOU.....

Did some more tsing again today. The muffler and cat are not clog. Although, when I took out the cat, there's some oil drip coming out of the header. I check oil level, and it is higher than top level. Maybe because it's hot? Anyway, I drained it a little.
Drove it around again, and it's still jerking.
Checked the code, it only blink once. No problem there.
I did change the ignition coil inside the cap when I change the rotor/cap.
My buddy said there's another coil by the starter. I'm going to check it out.
Anything else that might pop in your head?? Thanks guys,
If I can figure it out by next week, I might have to bite the bullet and take it to the shop.
