Default OBD2 GSR > OBD1 LS (I searched still have unanswered questions)

Okay, I'm going to swap in a 98 Obd2 gsr engine into my obd1 95 LS integra. I've been doing some research, and so far, from what i gathered, I can use a obd1 p72 ecu, and everything is good to go, correct? But then I did some more searching and now I'm confused because I'm reading I need to do some wiring and have a gsr throttle cable, 98-01 header, obd2 distributor...help?

You can run an obd2 GSR harness & plug it in directly into your 95 LS then simply wire vtec from the shock tower to the ecu & be done.

Concerning the ecu, get a skunk2 intake manifold & a chipped obd1 vtec ecu.

So it has to be chipped to be compatible with obd2?

naw all u have to do is hook up the v-tec and the knock sensor. the cable is gonna be longer so u would have to get the gsr or just make it shorter. i did by tying it until it was short eunogh. i did a 95 swap in to a 97 ls. same thing its not that hard. just use the gsr wire harness and hook up the v-tec and knock sensor and the iab sensor up. ull be str8
