Default Boosting OBD1 ZC questions in 95 civic

Ok im about to get my fully built ZC from the machine shop im going to be dropping it into my 95civic it has a p06 ecu. And im looking into slapping a turbo on it just something off ebay to get me going and replace bov and wastegate, and boost controller stuff like that later, just really want to get it going. But my confusion is what fuel setup to go with. Ive looked around hondata, crome, and the apexi im kinda leaning towards the apexi along with a datalogger-->(turboxs one with wideband with it)leaning towards that because its cheaper and im running out of funds and getting anxious to get this done . Only going to be pushing 15-18 psi max. But just wanted some suggestions

apexi what?

crome is free,
the hondata s300 can be setup to run boost control for you that is staged with rpm/speed increase.

the new air fuel controller Apexi AFC Neo Air Fuel Controller ,, which do u think would be the easiest to setup.. the hondata just looks like alot to deal with,, from the little that i see alot of stuff to mess with. The apex just seemed like it would be a lot easier to deal with.. You know much about hondata, how is it to tune, will i need a shop with experience ?
