hey fellow honda-tech member/ EF'ers im in a lil jam here, i tried everything and cant seem to find the problem. Can someone please help me???

ok first off i have on my homemadeturbo setup dsm390cc injectors off the automatic dsm's, now i switched out my HMT setup to a full greddy setup etc, now i upgraded the dsm injectors to the blue top 450's now im geting code 16 which is fuel injectors, also forgot to mention im converted to obd1 and using a p28 well back to my problem my first set of 450s throwin the code 16 so i took the injectors out today and bought my self another set of known runing ones (seen them running) ok and in cylinder 4 looked to be some extra fuel and cylinder 123 were fine??? also when i had the car running with the first 450s when i touched the clip on cylinder 1 the enginge hesitated so i messed with the clips and stoped doing it??? ok well today i put the new 450s in CLEANER ones and looked hella better neways stuck them in bolted it all down made sure everything was solid and good to go, started my car and i got good fp on my guage oh forgot to mention befor i was loseing fp as watching my gauge is that bad? ok well with these 450s i seem not to lose any pressure and holds up fine, car seems to running hella better and i touch clips and dont get no hesitation at all but STILL throwing code 16 and i even took the ECU fuse out to reset it. should i take the battery terminals off for a better reset and check the codes again? im stumped can someone please help me to get this code off my ecu, thanks in advanced buddies i hope someone can give me some help.

yes i am runnning a resistor box lol but thanks for the help, i took my own gut feeling and reset the ecu from taking battery terminals off and it solved the prob, now im not geting no codes, thanks
