Default Rear Lower Control Arm Bushings Removal

I have a drivers side Rear Lower Control arm, that the bolt broke on (one closest to brake caliper). I have the control arm off, but was wondering how to get the old bushings out to change them? Also, the bolt (what's left of it) is seized on the control arm so I can't get a jigsaw in there to cut it out.

Thanks in advance

you try pushing it out with a vise. i use what ever socket would fit on the bushings metal collar, and then on the other side of the arm have a peace of pipe longer and wider than the bushing so it can come out.

drill a bunch of holes through the rubber and get the center out, then use a hacksaw and saw through the outer sleeve, bend the outer sleeve in and then hit out with a hammer
