Default msd blaster coil gone bad?? no spark from dizzy

ok so my dizzy didn't work in a friends car awhile back so I said ok its probably the igniter because the msd blaster coil was fairly new. I put it in my new h22 swap and I get no spark. I ran afew test and found out that with only the positive connected to coil there is positive energy on both - and + terminals..is that normal? The car cranks, fuel pump works, and injectors are firing cuz I am flooding my spark plugs..but I can't see any spark through my clear msd cap.
I am also not sure if I connect the wires in the right order for the igniter. if some one got a clear diagram plz post...

Well update...I replaced my whole ignition system from rotor button to spark plugs and still no spark. I get fuel, crank, and injectors firing but no spark. I checked all fuses and grounds like 6 times. My next guess is my alarm system. I got a remote start prestige alarm. I am gonna pull it out and see what's up. Funny as it sounds this happen to a friend of mine and it was his alarm.
