Can someone post some pics and show me how to mount this thing? Everyone seems to mount it in a different location.

Only roadrace guys use them really. Pm users 117 and 577HondaPrelude. They have HC cars.

nah...had my car towed and when they winched it on the flat bed the chain chipped the heck out of my front lip, granted it was on the bottom but it still bugs me. would rather have an easier spot to tow from. just wanna see where everyone else mounts it.

Try looking on the Golden Eagle website. I'm not sure, but you may find this information there.

 

Why not mount it somewhere on the frame behind the front bumper cover and cut a small slot in the cover for it to go through? Seems like that's the most common and easiest way...

that's what i was trying to avoid. i wanna mount it someone secure w/o having to cut the bumper.

 

See if you can find a spot on the frame where you could mount it coming through the grill then...might have to fab up an extension or bracket of some kind.
