so im soon to have a BAR'D hatch and currently the way it sits it wont pass smog, the reason being the head was built a little after it was bar'd i suppose. anyway my friend who has a hatch w/ BAR'D bone stock GSR was excempt from a smog..he told me he took it to the smog place and told him his motor is bar'd and they wrote him soemthing and he took it to the DMV and he didnt have to smog it? jus wondering if this would work for me also since i dont think i would pass smog unless i set my camgears back to 0,0 and change my cams or something
