What did you replace the driver side axle with? It could be a crappy axle if it's some rebuilt one, or it could be the passenger side inner CV joint that is bad.

Serious vibration under load is usually always an indication of bad inner CV joint.

Or could be intermediate shaft bearing

if it's loosy goosy it will wobble and cause a vibration
