here in toronto, its not that bad cops dont just pull you over just bcuz u drive a modded civic, the scene is ok here, in one part of the city theres ppl that do excessively large body kits, large wings like they wanna fly dual exhuasts on civics clear tails, large chrome rims, the most riciiest mufflers ever u can hear like km away, eww, thats like in the suburbs, downtown theres actually decently clean looking hondas

we do have this law if u go 50 km over the speed limit yur car gets impounded for 7 days and licence suspension for 7 days and a fine up to $ 10 000
if yur racing they crush yur car i think

i dont know what part of toronto you live in .. but if you drive a modded car you have a much higher chance of getting pulled over just because of that. i used to drive a 91 civic SEDAN slammed with a loud exhaust and i got pulled over many a time for no reason.

now i have a 97 hatch stock (for now) and cops dont even look at my direction.

toronto has many part sources and if you move here pm me for links if you want. alot of engine importers here aswell.

the 50 over law also sucks but you learn to live with it.. do you really need to go 50 over anyways?

edit.. cops here also really hate tint... alot and i dont understand it at all.

i live in new brunswick and theres a pretty decent honda scene here, no emissions testing at all to worry about, and mostly the cops are pretty good.
