Default n/a build f22b2

well I want to add performace parts that add at least 3hp and up but. What can i do or bolt on except for headers and exhaust. I have intake already does any one know? I was thinking injectors. or maybe an cacth can.

just something that improves or actually does something better for my car . and not something stupid like voltage stabilizer?

Lol, why 3whp? It probably isn't worth the money that you'll have to spend. A catch can won't do anything. I guess if you wanted to, you could get a Delta cam, or a Bisi, but that's alot of money.

Save what you have, and go for boost. The F22 has a good base to start out with, do some reading in the archives or search it in the FI forum

A camshaft would be your best bet. Give us a call, as we can assist: 909-464-1262.

a Bisi cam isnt expsenive. its a couple hundred for a really good cam.

Get a Bisimoto cam and cam gear, decent header, and bigger exhaust

What exactly would a different cam do? I would guess that you would get a lighter one so it could have a quicker response time? How much gain would you get from just a cam and cam gear?

Lol, a new cam changes the lift and duration.

The gains would probably be minimal on a non-vtec low compression motor, such as the B2

So basically it would allow more fuel in? Higher lift=Longer Duration=More fuel, right?

Would +3hp even be noticeable? If not, wouldn't it be better to just put that money towards a new engine, you could probably get more hp for your money that way.

Catch can LOL!!! well since you said "except for" H/E, I say.... get a tune up. Injectors will do nothing unless you have more air to back them up and some sort of A/F management. Get I/H/E and save your money for some boost down the line. In a couple years you can be boosting.

That would be correct! Depending on what engine you choose.
