i have jdm amber corners and im having a problem
they turn on and work ok but when i put my blinker on it wont blink

any ideas on whats wrong or how to fix it?

 

Sounds like the bulb is a single intesity-- seeing as it works but wont flash.

Take the bulb out and check the #.

1156 is a single intesity with one contact; you'll probably need a 1157 dual intensity - two coils inside the bulb, and two contacts on the base.

it had the right bulb, it musta just been shot

 

I'm sure the bright filament was just burned out. Was your turn signal flashing rapidly on that side when the bad bulb was in there?

 

yea the rear bulbs were on and blinked, the amber corner was on but wouldnt blink so i guess that was trhe problem.
