Why does it have a new motor?
The previous owner had oil burning issues with the original motor. He then bought this b16 swap from a local guy who recently purchased it from http://www.osakajdmmotors.com and then installed it. The guy who bought the motor said that he installed the integra type r valve cover and removed the engine code because he wanted people to think he had a civic type r motor... (what a loser, i know)
The swap was done 10k ago and thats when the 0 mile gsr cluster was installed.
I bought the car around april because I wanted to sell my sentra ser spec v and keep the si but I just got a decent insurance check due to a hit and run on my sentra. I'm thinking of supercharging the spec v and keeping it so the SI has to go.
The Good:
It's a rare, relaible Si for a reasonable price.
It has some aftermarket extras.
It's a honda!
Low mileage motor and New Transmission recently installed.
The Bad:
the car has some dents and could use a fresh paint job.
the car could use some misc. parts like an armrest cover, lower dash panel and some pressure clips to secure the license plate panel to the carbon fiber trunk. The headlights could use a buffing too.
the carbon fiber hood has cheap hood pins and some scratches.
