Default Will aeromotive fuel reg fit on my stock fuel rail!?

Got a problem with my fuel pressure...runnin stock setup at almost 60psi. I know this is too high. Stock psi is 37 for ITR. I got a B&M reg, but this reg, will not let me tune down. Lowest i got it was to 58psi. I got walbro 255lph, i thought of swapping out the walbro fuel pump for a stock fuel pump, until i made some phone calls and found out how much they were. over $300 for a stock fuel pump. I called RPM NYC out of Queens Village NY and they told me to put a aeromotive/ high end fuel reg on that will allow you to tune down. I was looking at the aeromotive fuel regs, between $150-$200. My first question, will the aeromotive fuel reg fit on my stock fuel rail?, do i need to get a new fuel rail/ bdl? Second question, I just need a universal fuel reg, anyone know of reputable places where i can get one?

Stock fuel pressure for an ITR is supposed to be 47-54 with the vacuum line off.

Is the aeromotive made to replace a stock FPR?

Before I believe you've stated you didn't want to spend a similar amount for and AEM FPR (which replaces the stock FPR).

Is everything else on your car stock?
What's "causing" you problems?

JDM swap. Everything else is fine...BLACK smoke is present. CEL even came on, daig. SYSTEM TOO RICH. I need to bring fuel down. Aeromotive is pretty popular, so will this fuel reg fit on my stock rail or will i need to buy a fuel rail also? BDL makes some fuel rails.

Why not use the stock (ITR) FPR?

Drill a bypass hole in the b&m/OEM FPR, reduce idle fuel pressure. spend $0.

Its funny how sometimes just doing a (proper) valve adjustment and/or tune-up (cap/rotor/sparkplugs and maybe wires) cleans up this kind of situation.

Well, you'll probably still need a working FPR.
