agreed, that engine bay is in some serious need of attention to match the beauty of the rest of the car. Take your time and do a full, neatly done wire tuck. Fuse box in the glovebox, the whole 9. It will take up some time and give you time to think about your next step. The key to wire tucking is trying not to lose functionality and ease of working on the car.

and how about tuning it or at least getting the correct ECU?

Looks like lots of time and money were put into this. Good start. But with that much money spent, you should at least get everything done right:
-That P72 will hurt your acceleration since it will look for the secondary runner in the intake which you don't have on the B16. Did it throw any code so far?
-Rear bumper doesn't really line up under the brake light.
-Dude, use the zoom button on your camera or move back a little for a wider angle of view.
-Get a harness bar for your seatbelts as a minimum.
-Are you missing a couple lug nuts?

Depends on what your budget is.
1st- i'd get the missing lug nuts.
2nd- wire tuck
3rd- rear disc brake conversion
4th- if you have enough money
BOOST IT and TUNE!!!!!

Tastefully done! The body looks really well done, you have tunes, and enough pep for a daily driver. From there, it depends on how much cash and what do you want to use the car for, show, drag racing, road/rally racing, or other?
1. Lug nuts and fix anything that's broken
2. Tidy up the engine bay
3. Do you have an LSD? get one
4. A/C
5. How fast do you want to go?

Take better pics and do what others said. Get some stock bumpers.

When you have AC they do.
if there's a lot of rust... sell it to some kid, then use that money and buy something else... something RWD and light... MR2 comes into mind... either the spyder or the turbo

ok thanks for the imput, I'm thinking about fixing the lug (only 1 needs to be fixed) and doing a wire tuck? Does anyone on here know anyone in the Minneapolis area who does a good job?
