it will pass inspection if you add cat and exhaust. I can have it inspected if you want before the car sells. I would not drive this setup on the street. way too much money into the motoc.

bump for you, i have always liked that car. dont those phantom grip rockers eliminate the vtec lobe, or do they utilize the stock vtec rocker portion?

the PG rockers eliminate the low cam and you are able to use a 3lobe cam locked on the vtec lobe.
