Just bought a 92 civic vx a few days ago. Cant pass echeck. They were spinning the tires and trying to keep a stable speed but couldnt. I didnt really know what was wrong. But a couple mechanics told me that it could be the timing belt or i might need a new clutch? But my main problem is my idle. Its ideling really low. Like from 500 on a good time and usually lower. I stalled once just siting at a traffic light. Any ideas what i need?
